Seminar package -- licensing.

The CTAN team is advised that Timothy van Zandt, who wrote this
package, wants its licence conditions to be "free".

It is not thought that many use it, nowadays, but they may treat the
package as released under the LaTeX Project Public Licence, version
1.3c or any later version, at the user's discretion.

A copy of the licence should be present in any distributed source of
LaTeX, and particular may be found on CTAN at
